I.V. Palate, Palette & Pallet

The I.V. Food Bank proudly hosts the fourth annual Imperial Valley Palate, Palette & Pallet (P3) on October 30, 2025. A continuation of the beloved Fall Festival of Palate and Palette, a tradition with roots stretching back over 60 years. Originally founded by Sts. Peter and Paul Episcopal Church in El Centro, this cherished event celebrates the power of community, creativity, and compassion.

We are deeply grateful to the artists sharing their talents, the volunteers working behind the scenes, and everyone who joins us in supporting local art and food relief. Your participation helps fund the purchase of food pallets for distribution across the Imperial Valley through the I.V. Food Bank.

HISTORY:

This uniquely named event was formerly known as Fall Festival of Palate and Palette, a popular fundraiser held by St. Peter and Paul Episcopal Church in El Centro for 60 years. The group held its last fall festival in 2019 prior to the pandemic. In 2022, organizers made the decision to pass the beloved event to the I.V. Food Bank.
