I.V. Palate, Palette & Pallet

Thank You for Making P3 2025 a Wonderful Success!

The I.V. Food Bank extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for the fourth annual Imperial Valley Palate, Palette & Pallet (P3) on October 30, 2025. This year’s celebration was a beautiful continuation of a cherished tradition that began over 60 years ago with the Fall Festival of Palate and Palette, originally founded by Sts. Peter and Paul Episcopal Church in El Centro.

Together, we celebrated the spirit of community, creativity, and compassion that defines the Imperial Valley. Local artists filled the space with color and inspiration, volunteers worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and our guests brought warmth and generosity to every moment.

Because of your participation, the I.V. Food Bank can continue to purchase and distribute food pallets to families in need across the Imperial Valley, strengthening our mission to fight hunger and nourish hope.

From all of us at the I.V. Food Bank — thank you for helping make P3 2025 such a meaningful and memorable event. We look forward to seeing you next year for another celebration of art, community, and giving!

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!

HISTORY:

This uniquely named event was formerly known as Fall Festival of Palate and Palette, a popular fundraiser held by St. Peter and Paul Episcopal Church in El Centro for 60 years. The group held its last fall festival in 2019 prior to the pandemic. In 2022, organizers made the decision to pass the beloved event to the I.V. Food Bank.
