We’re Looking Forward to P3 2026!
The Imperial Valley Food Bank is excited to announce that the fifth annual Imperial Valley Palate, Palette & Pallet (P3) will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
P3 continues a cherished tradition that began more than 60 years ago with the Fall Festival of Palate and Palette, originally founded by Sts. Peter and Paul Episcopal Church in El Centro. This special evening celebrates the spirit of community, creativity, and compassion that defines the Imperial Valley.
We look forward to bringing together local artists, supporters, volunteers, and friends for another memorable night benefiting families in need across our region.

HISTORY:
This uniquely named event was formerly known as Fall Festival of Palate and Palette, a popular fundraiser held by St. Peter and Paul Episcopal Church in El Centro for 60 years. The group held its last fall festival in 2019 prior to the pandemic. In 2022, organizers made the decision to pass the beloved event to the I.V. Food Bank.
